Meet Stefania- our latest Pilates and Yoga Instructor 🎉

Stefania has over 12 years of Pilates teaching experience. Born in Italy she studied ballet at a young age and then moved on to contemporary dance. She attended Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance(SEAD), where she graduated from the under graduate program and post graduated program in 2009.
The same year she became a fully qualified Pilates Instructor of mat and equipement with Body Arts and Science International(BASI Pilates®).

Recently, Stefania travelled to India (Bangalore) and became a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Instructor.

She loves to teach and most importantly she wants to make sure that the clients leave the class with a nice smile!

Harriet is a BASI trained Pilates Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist with over 9 years of experience. She works closely with her clients to help improve overall wellbeing and balance.

Having experienced first hand the incredible effect Pilates has had on her body and mind, Harriet has made it her mission to help spread the word on the empowering impact a regular practice can offer.
