AUDITIONS for the National Youth Orchestra of Ireland’s 2026/27 season are currently open. Applications will close on Friday, 11th September 2026, and we would be grateful if you could share this with your students and wider musical network.

A big farewell to two of our teachers, Noreen O'Connor, a traditional Irish music teacher and Kathryn Draper, a piano teacher. Noreen was based in North Cork and Kathryn in East Cork. They have taught many students in their long careers and we wish them a wonderful retirement.
