This week is all about skin - exfoliation and masques - who does what, when and how many times a week ? Do you both together and if so what goes first?

Did you know you should use an exfoliator and masque at least once a week.
Exfoliate 1st then masque. "why" I can hear some of you say! Well why should you feed dead skin🤪😆remove it first
Rinse thoroughly then masque depending on product directions.
Masques are much stronger than your moisturiser, on average 40% more, treat conditions and nourish, leaving your skin feeling fresher, brighter and less starved.

Cautionary Tip - If you have acne or problematic skin and ARE on perscribed medicine for your skin condition, you cannot exfoliate without consulting your doctor. Using exfoliators whilst on Acne medication can cause a serious reaction
