🎓👩🎓 Building Big Futures Graduation 2026 👨🎓🎓
Last Wednesday evening, we were delighted to celebrate this year's Building Big Futures Graduation Ceremony at Coolock Library, recognising the dedication and achievements of Early Years Educators from across the community.
This year, six local Early Years services participated in the Building Big Futures professional development programme, with 63 educators completing the programme and 45 graduates joining us for the celebration. It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on their learning journey and celebrate their commitment to supporting young children and families.
A special thank you to Amy Fogarty, our own Play Therapist and Infant Mental Health Coordinator, who delivered an inspiring keynote address. Amy spoke passionately about the invaluable role Early Years Educators play in children's lives, highlighting their influence on children's wellbeing, brain development, and the power of being the one caring adult who can positively shape a child's future.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Geraldine Junghans, our Home Visitor, who shared her experience of delivering the Early Talk Boost programme. Geraldine gave us a great insight into the progress children make throughout the programme and brought many smiles to the room as she reflected on some of the memorable and humorous moments along the way.
The biggest thank you to all of our Early Years Educators, managers and partners for your enthusiasm, dedication and commitment to giving every child the very best start in life. Together, we continue to build big futures for children, families and our community.
