St Mary’s National School Cobh St. Mary's N.S. is an all-girls’ Catholic primary school, that was founded in 1914 by the Sisters of Mercy. Colman's Cathedral and Cork Harbour.

It is situated in the historic town of Cobh, overlooking St. Mary's National School is a school which welcomes pupils of all denominations and none. We have 26 staff who strive to make our school a happy, safe place where we learn and grow with confidence and care for ourselves and others. We are situated within walking distance of St. Joseph's Boys' National School with St. Mary's Preschool loca

TAEKWON-DO PLACES FOR ST MARY’S CHILDREN

Taekwon-Do Cork is welcoming new beginners from St Mary’s to our local Cobh classes.

🥋 Ages 4–6
🥋 Ages 7–12

Children develop fitness, coordination, confidence, discipline and Taekwon-Do skills through structured, age-appropriate training, while progressing through recognised grades towards Black Belt.

Places for new beginners are limited.

Parents can WhatsApp us with their child’s age and we’ll recommend the most suitable class.

Dear Father Tom,

As you leave us, we want to thank you most sincerely for all your guidance, encouragement and support throughout your time with us.

You have been a wonderful chaplain and have given such great support to all our pupils, particularly our sacramental classes. You have built a lovely relationship with the children, always putting them at ease, making them laugh and having great fun with them.

We will miss you very much and are truly grateful for everything you have done for our school community.
