Today marked the successful completion of another intensive 6-week ๐ช๐ฒ๐น๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ๐บ๐ฒ delivered by LOETB in collaboration with Metac.
Over the past six weeks, learners developed practical skills in ๐๐ฟ๐ฐ, ๐ ๐๐, and ๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด, while also completing ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ ๐๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด to help prepare them for the next stage of their careers.
Throughout the programme, learners had the opportunity to engage with employers through workplace visits, receive guidance from apprenticeship services, and hear from a guest speaker from LOETB National Construction Training Campus, who highlighted the range of progression opportunities available, including the ๐จ๐๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ.
The programme has already led to excellent outcomes. Some learners have secured employment and are ready to begin the next chapter in their careers, while others are actively pursuing apprenticeships, having established valuable connections with employers during the course. There are exciting opportunities ahead for this group in both employment and further education.
