Our partner organisation are Digambarpur Angikar. The funds are used for training women and girls in income generating projects such as organic farming, animal husbandry, needle-work and sewing, crafts etc. We make loans available to the women following the training so that they can start a business and earn an income. The trees will help to slow down the huge waves that come in off the sea due to increased sea level rise and during cyclones, destroying their lands with salt water and washing away their homes and belongings.
