🌿✨ Our First Full Week in the honeybee room ! ✨🌿

What a wonderful first full week we’ve had! 💛 We’ve been busy settling into our preschool routines, getting to know one another and, most importantly, beginning to build new friendships. 🥰

We created our very own Friendship Tree 🌳💚, adding our names and celebrating all the lovely new connections we are making.

We’ve also started lots of work time, exploring activities, developing our independence and getting stuck into our learning through play. 🧩🎨📚

It has been a lovely week of new experiences, new friendships and lots of happy little faces. We’re so proud of how everyone is settling in! 🌟

Here’s to many more fun-filled weeks together! 💕

🐝💛 Welcome Back to the Beehive Room! 💛🐝

We would like to give a big warm welcome back to all of our Beehive Room children, and an extra special welcome to all of our new friends who have joined us! 🌟

Our new children have settled in so well and have done a fantastic job this week getting to know their new surroundings, teachers and friends. We are so proud of them! 🥰

This week, our theme has been “All About Me” 👧🏼👦🏻. We have been having lots of fun getting to know one another and learning all about what makes each of us special. We have enjoyed creating our very own handprints ✋ and filling out pictures all about ourselves, including our favourite colours, favourite foods and lots of other special details! 🎨🍎

We have also been busy taking part in lots of fun work activities, while developing new skills and building our confidence. 📚✨

Of course, we have also had lots of fun playing outside, exploring and making new friends! 🌳☀️

It has been such a lovely first week back in the Beehive Room, and we are so excited for all the fun, learning and adventures ahead! 🐝💛

🐝 Bumblebee Room – Our Week of Friendship 🐝

This week in the Bumblebee Room, we spent lots of time getting to know our new friends, playing together in our classroom and enjoying lots of fun outdoors.

In our room, we explored friendly and unfriendly behaviour, sorting pictures and talking about how we can be kind, caring and respectful towards one another.

The children have absolutely loved playing outside together. It has been wonderful to see new friendships beginning to grow as the children explore, play and have fun together.

Together, we worked in small groups to create our very own “Friendship Recipes”! The children took turns adding loose parts and special items they found in our garden. Through this activity, they practised turn-taking, sharing, listening, cooperating and working together.

It has been a lovely first week of building friendships, getting to know one another and settling into our Bumblebee Room.
