A fantastic final Discussion Group visit for our Stage 2 Farm Technician Apprentices to Brian Galvinβs farm. The group gained valuable insights into animal management, feed management, business growth, and diversification strategies. Brian shared his unique farm-to-customer approach, bottling all of his own milk and supplying cafes and food businesses across Cork. A great opportunity for apprentices to innovation, entrepreneurship, and best practice in action on a progressive dairy farm. Thank you, Brian, for sharing your knowledge and experience with the group.
Teachers accompanying the group were Orla Neville and Rebecca Bayley.
