Mayo Abbey Training Centre incorporates a state of the art IT room, an organic horticulture centre, a fully equipped training kitchen as well as a large conference room. We run a wide variety of courses both accredited and non accredited as well as a range of demonstrations. Full Time LTI Level 5 in Professional Cookery
2. Full Time LTI Level 4 in Horticulture
