LTI Cookery Mayo Abbey This Professional Cookery Course is a free full-time course leading to a major QQI Level 4 award. This page is relating to the LTI QQI Level 4 Cookery course.

The course is due to start 2nd Nov 2026 and runs in conjunction with MSLETB. Successful participants may be eligible for a training allowance. We're delighted to see our full-time Cookery student, Jacek, getting on so well during his work experience placement at Breaffy House Hotel, Castlebar.

Experiences like this are invaluable, allowing students to put their training into practice, build confidence, and learn from experienced industry professionals.
