What an afternoon!

We recently hosted another Forging Futures: Women in Manufacturing Network event in Galway — bringing together women from across the manufacturing sector for an afternoon of learning, connection and great conversation.

Huge thanks to our guest speakers Jennifer Fahy (AI 101 + practical AI tools for the workplace) and Theresa Dempsey from ATU (AI learning opportunities), and to every woman who came along and made it such a positive, engaged session.

Forging Futures is more than an event series — it's a growing community for women working across manufacturing. Link in bio to join us for the next one 👆

Some feedback means a little bit more because it reflects exactly what you set out to achieve.

When I design and facilitate workshops, my goal isn't just for people to enjoy the session—it's for them to leave with practical tools they can use immediately and keep using long afterwards.

Receiving this feedback from Lynn Harte, following a workshop delivered for the Smart Regions BIA Food & Drink Accelerator, was a wonderful reminder of why I love doing this work.

Thank you, Lynn, for your generous words and for the opportunity to work with such an engaged group of business founders.

If you're looking for workshops that are practical, interactive and designed to create lasting impact, I'd love to chat.
