Poly tunnel is in full swing!🥕🧅🍓 Fresh garlic, spring onions, lettuce and radishes have been harvested. Still waiting on the cabbage, mange tout, sugar snaps, carrots, strawberries and grapes! Hopefully I will be able to use it in my cookery classes this summer, all going well with easing of covid restrictions 🧑‍🍳

People come to Claregalway Cookery School to learn how to cook, great healthy food and to meet others with an interest in cooking. The atmosphere is relaxed, and all levels of experiences are catered for. All ingredients and recipes are supplied, and all students get to taste the fruit of their efforts. Class size is small, so that everyone gets individual attention.
Bookings for the 6-week adults cooking course are now taking place, which begins the week of September the 9th 2019. For more information and to book a place, please call Susie O’Connor 086-1636540.
