We are incredibly proud of one of our students for his wonderful achievement in the Write-A-Book Project.

His book received a special Merit Award from Galway Education Centre, who run the project each year. This is a fantastic accomplishment, especially as he is only in 2nd Class.

Not only did he write the story himself, but he also illustrated the entire book independently. He has a real passion for writing and drawing and is always bursting with creativity, imagination, and new ideas.

Here he is presenting a copy of his book to Karen, our lovely librarian, for our beautiful Woodlands Library. The book will now be available for all of our students to borrow and enjoy.

We hope his achievement will inspire other young authors and illustrators to follow their dreams and perhaps write and illustrate their own books one day.

Congratulations on this outstanding achievement and on receiving this well-deserved Merit Award!
