AUTUMN & WINTER CLASSES 2016
Hello everybody. After a busy summer, working as a head chef, and teaching a culinary internship, at a yoga retreat, outside Portland, Oregon, I am very happy and excited to host a return of the successful vegetarian cookery classes this Autumn. There will be lots of new dishes, improved recipes and new classes. The full Autumn schedule is listed below. All classes will be held on Wednesday evenings in Corofin. Venue: An Cupan Tae, Main Street, Corofin
Cost: 35 Euro per person, per class (or 3 classes, per person, for 100 Euros). For prior participants in the class series the cost per class will be 30 Euro.The Christmas Special party will cost 40 Euro per person.
Class: Max 11 people per class. Each class will last over three hours, from 7-10 pm and will include printed copies of six to eight recipes, plus a sit down two course meal sampling each dish. Arrive hungry! A bar is available for whoever wishes to purchase a drink.
A fun filled and informative night is absolutely guaranteed. Places generally fill quickly. Extra classes will be added if demand is high. Treat yourself and a friend to a great night out.
