Job Description: Some of the main duties and responsibilities include: Providing a nurturing environment with a focus on high standards of quality care and education. Promoting each child's emotional and social development by tuning in to their individual needs. Implementing and evaluating a plan of suitable experiences and activities for the children in your care, providing a safe and stimulating environment for the children to develop. Working in close partnership with, developing and maintaining good relationships with parents / carers. The ideal candidate for those roles must have: Minimum qualification of Full FETAC Level 5 in Childcare. First Aid, Manual Handling and Food Safety Certified an advantage A minimum of 1 year previous experience working in a childcare. Fluent English. Excellent Communication skills. A passion about the development of the individual child. Excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to multi task.
