Just a quick update
Due to unforseen circumstances with Celbridge Pool I have been informed that we will not be able to start Lifesaving classes as planned this coming Thursday.
I hope to have another restart date by the end of the month

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Due to the increasing risk associated with the Covid-19 outbreak, it has been advised that all non-vital social gatherings be cancelled.

To that effect, all Lifesaving classes have been postponed until further notice. We apologise for the late notice and inconvenience caused by this. Thank you for understanding.

Please help us to get the word out to those who may not see this post. We don't want anyone making the unnecessary trip.

UPDATE NOTICE:

Lifesaving classes will start back properly this Thursday (26th) at the regular time of 8pm.

Anyone who could not make it down last week due to the short notice should aim to arrive ahead of time to register before the class begins.

UPDATE NOTICE:

We will hold our registration for the new term this Thursday(19th) at 8pm. All new and returning students should bring the registration fee(€44 for returning, €54 for new).

The pool is not yet reopened for use, however this week will be used for our CPR training. So students are not required to bring swimming gear for this week only.

Further information regarding the pool and an opening date will be issued on the night.

ATTENTION PARENTS/STUDENTS:

Due to maintenance work currently being carried out at the pool, Lifesaving classes will NOT return as scheduled on the 12th Septemeber.

We will post here again with a revised start date as soon as we receive further information about the works.

Unfortunately this issue is out of our control so we thank you for your understanding.

Lifesaving classes will return on September 20th at the usual time of 8pm.

We hope to see all the old faces returning as well as a new batch of enthusiastic trainees.

Due to the weather warnings being issued for the next two days, we have decided to call off Lifesaving classes this evening.

We understand that it would be very difficult for most(including instructors) to attend with the poor driving conditions.

Please help to spread this message to others in your groups to save them making the trip only to find the pool closed!
