Today’s SNA Wellness Day was truly something special - a day filled with connection, calm, laughter, reflection and much-needed self-care.
A heartfelt thank you to every single person who took part and brought such warmth and positivity to the day. It was so lovely to see SNAs taking time to slow down, recharge and simply be cared for themselves.
A very special thank you to Pamela for creating the most fabulous gift bags - your kindness and thoughtfulness added such a personal touch to the day.
Thank you also to our four incredible instructors, Oisín, Aideen, Aoife and Linda. Your energy, compassion and professionalism made the day what it was, and everyone left feeling uplifted because of you.
And finally, thank you to Andrea from Aluna Studio. Your beautiful space created the perfect atmosphere for such a meaningful event. We are so grateful for your warmth and hospitality. 💛

The Neurodiversity Ireland Summit 2026 is taking place this Friday & Saturday, 15 & 16 May, bringing together leading voices from Ireland and around the world to explore neurodivergent experiences and inclusive practice.
Many of the speakers are neurodivergent themselves and will be sharing insights into what school and daily life can actually feel like from the inside, alongside practical ways to reduce pressure, promote autonomy, support regulation and create learning environments where neurodivergent students can feel safe enough to be their authentic selves.
For educators, SNAs and school staff, it will be a really valuable opportunity for reflection and learning.

💬 Open to parents, carers, teachers, SNAs/ANAs and anyone wanting to better understand neurodivergence
