Target Learner Profile
The ideal Thrive learner is:
• In the early years of operating a micro enterprise within any business sector.
• Actively trading but struggling to reach viability and their business potential.
• Perhaps in need of additional new product or service offerings or a new business model.
• They may be an at risk/ vulnerable start-up needing to increase their leadership, confidence and communication skills to be able to move the business forward fast enough to survive the first few years.
• Starting the business after a period of unemployment and requiring some personal development as well as business skills development.
• Willing to take time out of the business in order to invest it in the programme.
• Those who Thrive on the programme are eager to learn and ambitious although maybe lacking confidence. They are willing to provide peer support to others and to work collaboratively.

• All sectors. These have included Craft, Design, Fashion, Giftware, Training and Coaching Services, Food, Health & Wellness Products and Services, Hair & Beauty, Tourism, Hr & Recruitment, PR, Legal Services, Accountancy, Entertainment Services, Pet Care and Pet Products.
