Are you in the early years of operating a micro enterprise within any business setting? Is so, the KCETB Thrive Programme may be for you. It complements the work offered by other agencies e.g. LEO, Leader. Online Information Session 3rd November 12.00 - 1.00 p.m.
Target Learner Profile
The ideal Thrive learner is:
• In the early years of operating a micro enterprise within any business sector.
• Actively trading but struggling to reach viability and their business potential.
• Perhaps in need of additional new product or service offerings or a new business model.
• They may be an at risk/ vulnerable start-up needing to increase their leadership, confidence and communication skills to be able to move the business forward fast enough to survive the first few years.
• Starting the business after a period of unemployment and requiring some personal development as well as business skills development.
• Willing to take time out of the business in order to invest it in the programme.
• Those who Thrive on the programme are eager to learn and ambitious although maybe lacking confidence. They are willing to provide peer support to others and to work collaboratively.
Which sectors does it suit best:
• All sectors. These have included Craft, Design, Fashion, Giftware, Training and Coaching Services, Food, Health & Wellness Products and Services, Hair & Beauty, Tourism, Hr & Recruitment, PR, Legal Services, Accountancy, Entertainment Services, Pet Care and Pet Products.
