Our senior room are busy working on their Junior Entrepreneur projects this month. A massive thank you to all who have sent on photos and articles of weddings, christenings, birthdays and all other events from our parish. We could not complete our parish book without your contributions.
We are also accepting adverts from any businesses. If you wish to see your business in our book please contact the school on 0949880165 or [email protected].

Our Senior Room pupils 4th, 5th & 6th class are in the process of organising a Parish Book as part of our Junior Entrepreneur Programme. Its aim is to celebrate the history, activities and community spirit of our local area.

We are asking you as a community if you would like something included in our book to email it onto:

[email protected]

Items may include
-Stories you have from our parish.
-Photographs of local babtism, graduations, communions, weddings, sporting success.
-Photographs from the past of our parish.

Word count may be no more than 500 words and limit photographs to 3 per person.

We would kindly appreciate if you feel you have something suitable for our book to send it on by email before or on Friday, 13th February.

We really appreciate your help and look forward to working on our parish book 😊

We hope you are all excited for our return @ 9am tomorrow. Reminder junior infants will finish at 12pm until Friday, Sept 5th. There will be no hot lunches for junior infants until Monday, Sept 8th. Please send a little snack with your child for breaktime. Please ensure you download the Steakout Catering and Class Dojo apps. Log in details will be provided for all and sent home with your child tomorrow.
Junior infants drop off and collection point is at the main school gate. Class teacher will collect junior infants from here at 9am in the morning.
Senior infants will finish at their normal time of 1.40pm and 1st to 6th at 2.40pm.
Looking forward to a wonderful year of teaching and learning!

We hope all our pupils and their families are enjoying the lovely sunshine as we draw ever closer to our return to Scoil Mhuire Lourdes, next Thursday, Aug 28th. We have compiled a helpful tip sheet that may be useful to both adults and children as we prepare for the new school year and a return to routine.
