The meeting point for anyone from our school community who is available to walk in the festival parade this evening is behind Castlerea Mart/SuperValu about 7.15/7.30pm. Students are invited to wear costumes and carry flags provided by the festival committee. Parents are invited to help carry the school banner and push an inflatable float. The parade will start at 8pm and will be followed by music and fireworks display. This is a free event and is always a fun evening. Please come along to support the hard working committee and enjoy the fun.

It is great to see our students work acknowledged by outside agencies in areas of the curriculum, environmental work, wellbeing etc. Our staff take great pride in giving the children every opportunity to discover their talents and to create and reach goals. At our Graduation Ceremony yesterday we celebrated our 6th class but also our awards for JEP entrepreneurial work in business development, Gaelbhratach award for work with Gaeilge, "Say Yes to Languages" 5 year award, Green Schools Award, Food Dudes 5 year participation award, Roscommon Basketball Champions 2026 and Intergenerational Award for our work with elderly work in the Castlerea community. We are honoured to work with such a fabulous group of students and they make us proud wherever they go to represent our school and their town.

Another school year over and another Junior and Senior League Finals Day celebrated. We had passionate battles fought to the last whistle. Thanks to all the parents, grandparents, extended family members and past pupils who came to support. We loved having you visit. It was a pleasure to welcome Geoffrey Bruen, past pupil, to present the Paddy Bruen shield and John Murphy, St. Kevin's GAA Chairperson to present the Marist Cup. The boys enjoyed hearing memories from both of our guests who also enjoyed the leagues as young children while attending our school. Congratulations to the winners and to all who took part and of course of organisers and referees, Mrs. O'Connor and Danny.

Goodbye, good luck and farewell to our 6th class pupils who graduated from primary school today with a lovely Graduation Ceremony in our school hall 🎉🏫🎈
We hope you look back on all your years in St Paul’s with fond memories. 😊 Wishing you all the best in secondary school and beyond. What a lovely group of boys who will be missed greatly!
The children were presented with memorable tokens for their time in our school. So many fond memories to cherish. The day was filled with laughs and memories! It was so lovely to welcome their families to join us in the celebration! We wish you all the very best of luck in your future ahead, and remember that you will always be a part of our school family!
