⏰ Hours: 20–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

* QQI Level 5 in Childcare (minimum)

Superhero Day 2025 will be held at Cahereen Heights Childcare on the 24th October 2025. A fun day of costumes, activities, and kindness in support of Special Olympics Ireland!

We are proud to be raising funds to support nearly 7,000 children and adults with an intellectual disability across Ireland who take part in Special Olympics sports, health, and leadership programmes.

Every donation, big or small, helps create more inclusive communities, more opportunities, and more moments of joy for these incredible athletes.

Please support our heroic efforts and help us make a real difference. Together, we can lift each other up, cape or no cape!

Children can dress up as superheroes, princesses or whatever Halloween costume they like. Donations can be made online at https://specialolympics.enthuse.com/pf/cahereenheightschildcare or pass your donation into your child’s classroom on the day.

We currently have a few openings for little learners in our caring and play based environment from September.

We have spaces available in our Creche 2 room aged 2 - 2.5 years old for socialisation and development, a great opportunity for your child to build confidence and make new friends in a safe and nurturing space.

And 2 ECCE places in our preschool room. Join us 9:30am to 12:30pm, Monday to Friday. Our ECCE programme supports early learning and school readiness through fun, hands-on activities led by qualified and experienced educators.
