⚽ FAI Soccer Competition
Well done to our senior soccer teams who recently travelled to Midleton to take part in an FAI competition. While the results didn’t go our way, the teams represented the school exceptionally well. A sincere thank you to Múinteoir Michael for all his support and preparation.
🎤 Scór Success
Congratulations to Amelia Cotter, who represented the school so well in the East Cork semi-final of Scór last weekend. 🌟
⚽ Special Visitors
We are delighted to welcome the Under 17 All-Ireland Finalist Ladies Soccer Team from CCC to the school on Monday morning. It’s a great honour for us, especially as several members of the team are past pupils.
🎭 Seachtain na Gaeilge
On Monday afternoon, Cois Laoi Production will visit the school to perform Na Trí Ghabhair as part of our Seachtain na Gaeilge celebrations.
♟ Chess Tournament
A regional chess tournament will take place on Thursday in the Community Centre. Múinteoir Hannah will accompany the school chess team — best of luck to all involved!
🏑 Sciath na Scol Training
Sciath na Scol hurling training for boys and girls will begin on Wednesday during school hours.
🏃 Cork City Sports
Practice run-offs for Cork City Sports will also take place on Wednesday.
📚 World Book Day
Well done to everyone who dressed up for World Book Day — the costumes were fantastic! It was wonderful to see such enthusiasm for reading. Photos from the day are available on Aladdin.
