🎓💙 **Today we also said a very fond farewell to our Sixth Classes of 2026!** 💙🎓

The boys celebrated their graduation last night alongside their families, friends and the staff of St. Joseph’s. It was a wonderful evening filled with memories, laughter, reflections and song 🎶😊.

Today, the boys received a fitting send-off as they were clapped out by the entire school community 👏🎉. Pupils and staff lined the corridors as they made their way through the school one final time to their waiting parents ❤️.

We are so proud of all they have achieved during their time in St. Joseph’s 🌟. We wish them every success and happiness as they begin the next chapter of their journey 📚🚀.

**Today was a very special day in St. Joseph’s as we marked the retirement of Mrs. Finnegan. 🎉💐**

Mrs. Finnegan began her career in St. Joseph’s in 2004 and, for most of her time with us, taught our Junior Infants 👩‍🏫📚. At her special assembly yesterday, many of the boys shared their fondest memories of being in her class. There were plenty of laughs as Mrs. Finnegan’s famous phrases echoed around the hall once more, along with a few tears as we reflected on her remarkable contribution to our school community.

Today, the boys and staff lined the corridors to give Mrs. Finnegan a heartfelt send-off and to wish her every happiness in her well-deserved retirement 🌟.

Mrs. Finnegan, we will miss you dearly ❤️ Thank you for your friendship, your dedication, and for the positive impact you have had on generations of boys in St. Joseph’s 🙏💙 We wish you many years of health, happiness, relaxation, and adventure in this exciting new chapter 🌷☀️✈️📖.

The boys enjoyed a walk to the library to return their books before the summer break. 📖☀️ After all their hard work and fantastic efforts throughout the year, they were rewarded with a well-deserved trip to Supermac's for some delicious ice cream! 🍦😋

There were plenty of smiles, lots of chat and a few sticky fingers along the way! 😄 What a lovely way to celebrate a wonderful year together. ❤️

💙🌈 KiVa & Bí Cineálta Kindness Walk 🌈💙

Today, our students took to the streets of our town on a special KiVa & Bí Cineálta Kindness Walk to spread a little positivity throughout our community. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️✨

Armed with handmade kindness cards, students visited local businesses to thank them for their support and to share messages of kindness, respect and inclusion. 💌😊

The cards were lovingly created by our students and carried simple but powerful reminders that small acts of kindness can brighten someone's day and strengthen our community.

We would like to thank all the businesses who warmly welcomed our students and proudly accepted their kindness cards. Your support helps us reinforce the values of KiVa and Bí Cineálta both inside and outside our school.

Together, we are building a community where everyone feels valued, respected and included. 💙

🌟🧺 KiVa End of Year Picnic 🧺🌟

Today our students enjoyed a wonderful KiVa End of Year Picnic as we celebrated a year of kindness, respect and inclusion. 💙

Students gathered with their classes for picnic eating time, enjoyed music, and celebrated the positive impact of kindness across our school community.

A special highlight of the picnic was the presentation of our KiVa Kindness Awards, with two students from each class recognised for consistently demonstrating our KiVa values. 🏆👏

To finish our celebration, every student received a Kinder Bar as a reminder to be a little kinder to everyone they meet. 🍫😊 Small acts of kindness can make a big difference, and we encourage our students to continue spreading kindness wherever they go.

We are incredibly proud of all our students and the caring, inclusive culture they help create every day.

The children enjoyed trying out the golf simulator, darts, bowling and pool before tucking into a tasty lunch of chicken nuggets, sausages, chips and juice 🍗🌭🍟🧃

Lots of fun, laughter and great memories were made throughout the day! 🌟👏

To top it all off, everyone received a €10 voucher to spend on their next visit to GR8 Social 🎉💶😊
