Scoil Aodán Naofa, Carnew Carnew National School, Carnew, Co. Wicklow Carnew National School is a Catholic school under the patronage of the Bishop of Ferns.

It sets out to impart a good knowledge of the Catholic faith to its pupils and to help them respect our heritage and culture. While doing so it also aims to nurture a tolerance and understanding of other cultures, traditions and religious beliefs. Part 3: Summer Programme week 1- and what a week it was! 🌈🍕🦉

Our Summer Programme has been packed with smiles, laughter, creativity and lots of fun!
We've been getting our hands messy with pottery and painting, showing off our green fingers while planting, making music together, exploring ICT, creating our very own calming bunnies, and adding a splash of colour with tie-dye.

We've enjoyed adventures to the park and library, had some very special feathered visitors when the owls came to see us, became mini chefs making delicious pizzas and even rolled up our sleeves to help our local Pride in Carnew. 💚

Every day has been filled with new experiences, great friendships, plenty of giggles! Roll on week 2! 🥳
