Another week, another step closer to becoming total salon pros! 💇‍♀️✨

Our fabulous 6th Year LCA girls are smashing their 10-week hairdressing course at Letterkenny ETB 🚌💆‍♀️—learning all the top-secret tricks of the trade, perfecting their styling skills, and mastering every blow-dry and cut! ✂️🔥

We are so proud of their hard work and dedication each week 👏🌟.

We can’t wait to have them back pampering everyone in our very own LCA salon at CCS! Keep shining, girls! 💇‍♀️💅✨💖

🎳 Big smiles and high scores for our fantastic 1st and 2nd year JCSP students at CCS! 🥳

They took on Derry for an action-packed day of bowling, showing off their skills and having a absolute ball together! 🎳💥🏆

From strikes and spares to plenty of laughs, it was a brilliant trip from start to finish. 🤩👏

🎉 Huge congratulations to our 3rd year JCSP students at CCS! 🥳

They enjoyed a well-deserved, action-packed trip to Oakfire Adventures in Derry, where they braved the heights and went ziplining! 🌳🧗‍♂️⚡

Everyone had an absolute blast flying through the trees and making fantastic memories together. 🌲🤩

A massive thank you to all the brilliant teachers and SNAs who accompanied the group and made this amazing day out possible! 🙌🏼💙✨

Week four of Social Farming is in the books, and the momentum just keeps building! 🚜🌾

Our LCA crew proved once again that hard work and a great attitude pay off, taking on every farm task with energy and teamwork! 💪🤝

From mastering hands-on farm maintenance to braving whatever weather comes their way, the lads are gaining invaluable real-world experience every single week! 🌧️⚡

A huge well done to everyone involved for keeping the high standards going—roll on week five - new rotation! These lads will be sad to leave the farm. Thanks to William McLaughlin for being so kind to them and for taking them on at your Farm 🎉🚀

Community Social Event – A Day of Music, Dance and Connection
The Áras came alive today as we hosted our latest Community Social Event! The atmosphere was full of fun, laughter, singing and dancing, with everyone taking to the dance floor to jive and show off their moves. It was a wonderful day of friendship, inclusion and shared enjoyment.
A huge well done to TYB for organising such a fantastic event, and sincere thanks to all our TY students and our friends from New Horizons, IAdult, Cashel na Cor, Gaelic Park and James Connolly for helping to make the day so memorable.
Building strong connections with our local community is at the heart of our TY Community Care Programme. Days like these remind us of the importance of coming together, celebrating our differences and creating meaningful connections that benefit everyone. We look forward to many more opportunities to share these special moments!

TYE Literacy Programme with Cloontagh NS
Our six-week TYE Literacy Programme with Cloontagh NS has come to a close, and what a wonderful experience it has been! Our TY students teamed up with the boys and girls in 1st and 2nd class for a fun, interactive programme, which included a weekly A–Z quiz and plenty of opportunities for learning, teamwork and laughter.
Over the six weeks, great connections and friendships were formed, making it a rewarding experience for everyone involved.
A huge thank you to all the boys and girls in 1st and 2nd class, their teacher, Máire, and Principal Grace McCarron for welcoming our TY students and making the programme such a success. A fantastic example of our TY students building connections with their local community! Thanks to all the boys and girls for their lovely cards. Much appreciated.

Letter to Parents / Guardians RE: Hoax Threat to Schools

Dear Parent/ Guardian,

As you may be aware a significant number of schools in Ireland received an email yesterday at 10:34 AM stating that a bomb would explode in the school within one hour. The threat related to yesterday, and as you know the school was closed yesterday. As per Department advice the Gardaí have been informed of the email and schools have been advised to continue to operate as normal.
