We here at Little Acorns hold heavy hearts of grief after losing our beautiful little Ella and her Mammy, We watched you grow into the most happy bubbly little girl and we can now only pray that you rest easy in your Mummy's arms. We wish everybody else involved a speedy recovery and keep you all in our thoughts and prayers .

Afterschool 14/14B - Last week we enjoyed the great outdoors after school, homework and dinner... we played games in the astro, done chalk art, began cleaning up our lower garden to redecorate in the summer , played in the gardens on the sunny mornings in breakfast club , took some chill time reading books under our shelter (AKA mud kitchen🤣) and lots of arts and crafts ...oh and maybe the odd ice pop 🙊

Room 11- Last week THOR came to class for a little while to check up on everyone 🦹🏽‍♂️ We had bike/Scooter day and we had SO much fun taking our bikes out to the astro for a spin 😀 We done coloured in our very own bikes and scooter pictures and had lots of outdoor play in the sun in the Astro 🌞🌈♥️

Room 14- Last week we explored alll things rainbow 🌈 ♥️ We explored rainbow through lots of different exercises and experiments, these were so fun and the kids loved getting involved and watching the magic happen 🥳 We had lots of.outdoor play and not to forget Bike/Scooter day when all the kiddos got to bring their bikes or scooters to school and we raced and played outside 😀 ❤️

Room 10- took on roles of some of our community helpers , we loved being doctors bandaging up teacher ciara 🌡 working hard at the car wash 🧽 veryyy busy at our bakery baking some yummy cookies 👩🏼‍🍳 🍪 💛

Room 15- We had so much fun celebrating our special little friends birthday 🎂 We had some yummy cake to celebrate and had a party 🥳 We had lots of fun doing obstacle courses, arts and crafts, sensory play, music and singing with our fab music teacher, and not to forget our lovely teachers treating us to some ice pops after a fun afternoon of running around outside 😊 💛🫶

Room 16- Last week we had lots of fun , tasting some really zesty limes 🤣doing table art, driving our new whip around the astro, playing with balloons and making necklaces 🥰🌈💛

Senior Nursery Room 17- Last week we had SO much to celebrate and have fun!! We went on an adventure to meet the ambulance gang that taught us everything we need to know about the Emergency Service , thank you for being so kind to us 🚑 🚑!! We read some lovely stories,done music and singing ,lots of arts and crafts and celebrated a lovely little ladies Birthday with some yummy cake 🥳💛🌈🫶As wellll as this, one of our teachers was going to get MARRIED ❤️ So we got to shower her with hugs and cards as a huge congratulations 🎊 xx
