Our friends at New Oak FC have a new program, Carlow’s first 💚⚽ FOOTBALL FOR ALL club! ⚽💚

They are creating an environment where every child can play, have fun, make friends, build confidence and belong.

They are starting with a small group of children aged 8–12, with the aim of growing the programme over time.

💙💛 We were delighted to welcome our students back to school and see them exploring our Wellbeing Walls, which were completed at the end of last term.

It was wonderful to see students engaging with the images designed to support their wellbeing, reflection and positive mental health as well as their curriculum. 🌟

A huge thank you to Ben, representing the FAI and our local football club, New Oak FC for their generous gift of soccer balls and jerseys for our school.

Your support promotes inclusion, belonging and community spirit, giving our students the opportunity to get involved, have fun and enjoy the beautiful game.

💚🤍A great example of what can happen when clubs, the FAI and our local community come together.

Ben from the FAI recently presented Colleen, our club treasurer and Vice Principal of St Laserians, with footballs and training jerseys for pupils returning to the classroom next week.

We’re delighted to play our part in helping bring football to more young people and to strengthen the link between our club, the FAI and St Laserians.

A lovely initiative centred around inclusion and community. ⚽👏

Everyone at St. Laserian's School is incredibly proud of Zach for his outstanding achievements at the Special Olympics Ireland Games💪.
Representing his club and community with determination, dedication, and sportsmanship, Zach delivered a fantastic performance in athletics, winning 1 Gold Medal in the 100m Sprint and 2 Silver Medals in the Mini Javelin and Relay.

Well done, Zach! We are all extremely proud of you and look forward to celebrating many more successes in the future. 🥇🥈🥈
