Time out do you take regular breaks throughout your day from your work. This is something that I am incorporating in more into my day. I know I am incredibly fortunate to work from home so I take a couple of minutes out just to get some fresh air.

💭By stepping away from your desk for short breaks if working on computers gives your eyes a break.
💭Affording yourself the opportunity to take in some fresh air.
💭Gives you the opportunity to just come out of your head even for a few minutes you go back to your work feeling fresher.
💭Take couple of steps or walking increase your circulation if your sitting down a lot.
💭By taking time away from your business it allows you the opportunity to focus on everything else going on in the world outside of your business. We can become very tunnel visioned.

Tip for the week, this is something I find challenges me a bit because with so much going on in our busy lives. So for me scheduling is so important, any meetings I have or zooms go straight into my calendar. Any personal appointments go into my calendar so that time is blocked off for me, and affords me to concentrate on my work load.

Time is always going to be an issue unless we do something about it. Maybe getting up earlier in the mornings may not be your thing, but 5-10 minutes earlier could help organise your day so your not stressed out. Time management is key in every business, and its just getting that happy balance of work life balance.
