It's that time of the year to start FLIPPING & TWISTING!!!!!

We hope everyone had an excellent summer. All our current gymnasts have been messaged regarding the start of our autumn term. Please make sure to contact back to keep your space.

If you or you know someone who would like to avail of a space in our recreational gymnastic club, located in Cahir, please reach out and send us a DM.

With over 30 years combined coaching experience, we have lots to offer. From floor, beam, Airtrack, trampette and fast track.

Our classes are recreational based - open to all children from the age of 4 upwards in a non competitive, non pressure environment.

We look forward to hearing from you.

We're home✨

We're back in the Cahir community hall from tonight - just look how beautiful and state of the art it is!!

We would like to thank bun Scoil na Cathrach - especially Martin who was just fantastic and the kids absolutely loved him!

We would also like to thank Maureen Ryan and all who is involved with the Cahir community hall - you have looked after us so well! You did an amazing job, your hard work has certainly paid off!

A reminder that tonight is the last night to sign up for our summer camp and our waiting list is open for September.

Thank you to all who turned out for the parade in Cahir today.

We went out today, to show some moves, show our ability, but overall to have fun and that's what we had.

We would like to thank all our gymnasts first, for putting in all the hard work and for making today such a great success.

A huge thank you to the parents and our coaches... for all the hard work they put in. Well done to all who was behind the scenes putting the parade together, all the stewards - you all did a great job!

We are truly blessed to celebrate 10 years, attending the Cahir parade. Little did we know that those 10 years would go so fast.

I hope everyone had a great day and I hope you enjoyed our display 🤸

We are so excited to be taking part in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in our home town, Cahir on March 17th as we celebrate 10 years of Flip N’ Twist Gymnastics Club in the parade! 🤸‍♀️

It’s a huge milestone for our club and we’d love to see lots of support along the streets of Cahir on the day.

We are absolutely DELIGHTED to be celebrating 10 amazing years of Flip n Twist!

Gymnastics helps children build strength, flexibility, confidence, coordination — and most importantly, lifelong skills while having fun 🤸‍♀️✨
