These results are ONLY from my consistent clients (much love to all my clients tho hehehe🤞🏾🖤) but the biggest barrier for most people will alwayssss be consistency and discipline. Obviously if you aren’t showing up every week you won’t get results, no matter how good your PT is.
Note: Third slide shows dates from first consultation session to last 1:1 session. Program takes 3-5 business days to create (depending on my schedule I’m a busy girl).

Quick shoutout to my client who’s been so lovely to train with🫶🏾 She came looking to gain overall strength in her upper and lower body, and now, just 7 weeks into her program (with no prior gym experience), she’s already:
~ Deadlifting 35kg for 10 reps
~ Confidently performing barbell squats
She’s also lost 6 cm around her waist — all in under two months of consistent effort and guidance🫡
Upper body strength can be particularly challenging for women to build (took me 6 months to get 1 pull up) but I have no doubt we’ll see noticeable progress by week 12.
The discipline, energy and spirit she brings to each session will really serve her well into the future, and it’s really fulfilling to see that gym passion spark in someone 🥹

Hey guys🫶🏾, so Transformation Tuesdays are a thing now, and I’d like to start with my day 1 client🥹. She won a give away earlier in the year and trusted me ever since (thank youuu)
* Weeks 1–4: Focused on endurance + discipline
→ Started with 2 sessions/week to build consistency
* First 8 Week Program: Personalised program based on her goals
→ Aimed for body recomposition + strength
→ By Week 9 she was squatting 40kg for reps
→ Progressed to 4 sessions/week
* Currently: Halfway through her second 8-week program
→ Focused on maintenance, strength, and a bit more fat loss
So excited to see even more progress and big SO to her, such a lovely girl who showed me so much grace❤️ My first ever client and a fab one cuz the strength and discipline was always there! Just needed someone to take the guesswork out of fitness.
