Incredible level of skill, attention to detail, design and manufacture shown here by level 5 student Neil Grib.
Neil developed multiple templates to manufacture the bolt and nut or this table, enabling it to be height adjustable.
Every part of this piece has been carefully planned and executed to the highest of standard. Excellent work Neil, well done.

Congratulations to our Level 5 graduate of 2022, Kyle Tunney. Kyle received a commended award at the Irish Wood Awards which took place in the Phoenix Park last month. With competition from universities across the country, this is an amazing achievement. Well done Kyle.

Level 5 students make some final dimension cuts to their main project components.
We use Irish sustainably sourced timber. Students are guided through the stages of taking the timber from it's raw form, all the way through to the final polished piece.

Painters pallet inspired table. Handcrafted to perfection by level 5 student Robyn Daly. The metal components in this project were made by Robyn especially for this project, which includes tapered leg bases, a central ring and sockets underneath the tabletop to hold the legs in place. The level of skill required to create a piece of art like this is one to admire. Well done Robyn.

Absolutely stunning piece of Design and Manufacturing with this folding table by our level 5 student Aaron DeVreede.
The attention to detail, well thought out design and the functionality of this piece is exceptional from this young designer maker.
Excellent work Aaron, well done.
Aaron has used a combination of Oak and Walnut with brass hinges and aluminium bars for the leaf supports. Traditional joinery has been used to construct this multifunctional table.
