I would like to explain you what is my Dance Fit? I made this fitness program by myself because I always was dreaming about flat belly and I was looking for the best way to gain it:)
I think that Dance is the best way to have flat belly and all body in good shape but I m not a Dancer(yet) , so I connect :
easy dancing step + exercises ( the best for flat belly) + same elements from martial arts

and from yoga in one unity:) with the best dancing songs. My Dance Fit is different than other Dancing programs because is on the mat so is good for all your body from head to toes!! You don't need anything with you to come and enjoy the moves!! (even the shoes!!) so don't hesitate and check out my program:)

My classes are recommend for everybody WHO love to do exercices with the Music💦🎶💃🤸🎉
All you need is small tawel, water and possibile anty slipy socks. 💪
You dont need even shoes.
Easy, Fun and Efective way to get fit and be healthy.

Każdy wtorek o 7 wieczorem i w piątek o 6:30 dzieci a od 7:15 dorośli.

Cały czas opornie idą mi treningi..jeszcze nie udało mi się wpaść w rytm 😖

To zdjęcie sprzed miesiąca ale bardzo aktualne bo kostki na brzuchu jak nie miałam tak nie mam hihi 😁😍💃🤸
Choć nawet jak byłam w rytmie treningowym to sześciopaka nie mialam.
Nigdy z resztą nie było to moim celem bo bardziej podoba mi się naturalna sylwetka:) jednak w pewnym wieku nawet jak się ma zgrabne ciało bez treningów to i tak potrzebujemy ćwiczeń żeby to ciało ujedrnic i po prostu czuc się lepiej!!

Ja nawet gołym okiem widzę o ile gorzej prezentuje się moje ciało na tym zdjęciu niż parę miesięcy wcześniej ale to i tak mniejsza różnica niż ta którą czuję w swoim samopoczuciu;(

Nie udało mi się zrobić formy na minione wakacje niestety ale ciągle mam szanse poprawić wygląd skóry i samopoczucie do następnych wakacji już za miesiąc 💚
Jeśli jutro zacznę i ambitnie się za siebie wezmę mam szanse na fajne zdjęcie na przyszłych wakacjach hahaha 😍

Kto się przyłączy??
W końcu każdy jakieś wakacje wkrótce będzie miał;)??!🤸💃💃🏻👌
