A Crucial Week in the life of a Grocer's Assistant

Last night marked the final performance of Tom Murphy's play about deciding whether to stay or to go, something which, as the younger generation we can all relate to in today's society. Last night was a great success, no more than the previous 2 nights but of course we wouldn't have been as successful if it wasn't for our audience, so once again a massive thanks to all who braved the elements to attend and to both the cast and crew, especially Kellie Hughes, Andrea Scott, Finola Cronin and not forgetting Joseph, Michael and Caroline. We hope you enjoyed the shows as much as we did :)

A massive thanks to everyone who attended the show tonight, it was a sell out success :) Hope everyone enjoyed it and for those who haven't already seen the play, you still have 2 more nights to witness our talented cast and crew in action, Thursday is all but sold out! A play not to be missed :)

Rehearsals - Day 1

UCD's Performance Project delights in taking to the stage Tom Murphy's play, A Crucial Week in the life of a Grocer's Assistant, set in 1950's Ireland. Emmigration is rife and John Joe Moran, the play's protagonist ponders some of life's many questions, including should he stay or should he go? The play runs from the 19th to the 22nd March, in Memorial Hall which is situated on UCD's Blackrock Campus. Ticket prices and times to follow :)
