What a lovely gesture from Kerry Climbing 🧗‍♀️ ❤️……. They are running a Go Fund Me page to help raise money for a Climbing Wall in our new Sensory Regulation Room. Thank you Kerry Climbing for supporting our Climbing Wall.

WE’RE ASKING YOU - OUR KERRYCLIMBING COMMUNITY FOR A LITTLE HELP

This one is close to home for us and we would be so grateful if you were to get behind it 🙏

For over 16 years, we've been running Kerry Climbing here in Beaufort. In that time, as well as facilitating many wonderful mountain adventures we have also built a pretty amazing online community.

We'd love to see if we can use a little bit of our reach here on social media to help our local community here in Beaufort.

Cullina National School, Beaufort our local national school, is currently trying to raise €15,000 to kit out a new sensory and regulation room for the pupils in the school.

When we heard that part of the new room will have a sensory climbing wall, it seemed like a pretty obvious project for KerryClimbing to try to support.

The climbing wall will cost approximately €1,500, so we've set ourselves a first target!

Can our crew help Cullina N.S. get their climbing wall?

If we can raise even part of that €1,500, we'll be absolutely delighted.

Everything raised will help the school towards the full €15,000 cost of their new sensory room.

We're not expecting big donations. €5 genuinely helps. €10 helps. Sharing this post helps. With the number of people who have climbed with us, followed us and supported KerryClimbing over the years, lots of small contributions could very quickly turn into something pretty special.

We've had much appreciated support for our small family run business over the years.

It would be lovely to pass some of that support back into the community we're so lucky enough to call home. ❤️

Best of luck to our past pupil Sean O Brien and his teammate Mike Breen from Beaufort club , who will line out with Kerry tomorrow in The All Ireland final . This is a great honour for Beaufort and Cullina NS and we are looking forward to cheering you on tomorrow . 💚💛 Beir Bua !

A big thanks to all the 4th class pupils , their parents , grandparents and great grandparents for all their support and help in knitting blankets for palliative care. Grace Johnson ,who had knitted a blanket for her grandad while in palliative care was the inspiration for this project. Thanks to everybody who helped to make today a success and for attending our cuppa for palliative in 4th class in Cullina! A huge thanks to Siobhan Falvey representing The Palliative Care Unit in Tralee for accepting our blankets .
