What a great day we had today at our spooky Pumpkin Sale at the school. Lots of costumes, face painting and goodies to buy. Thanks to the parents committee and everyone who came out and supported.

A HUGE thanks to Gina from Ginas flowers who created this spooky balloon display especially for our event - the kids (and parents) loved it!!

As you may know, our school is 75 years old this year. Look at this amazing picture from 1954. What a rich history our school has. Thank you to Coman Burke for sharing. We will add some more over the coming days. Please if you have any old memories, stories or photos please share.

It's that time of year to think about ghosts and goblins!!! We will be having a Fundraiser next Saturday 19th, face painting, Halloween games and tea and coffee. It's going to be spooktacular!!! Parents can buy pumpkins through Aladdin App.

It's that time of year where the Spooky folk come out to play. I am sure you are getting lots of questions about costumes. Well we are here to help, with your help!!! The parents committee are doing a costume swap. If you have any costumes to donate please help. Then we will have a costume shop in the gym on Friday 4th Ocotober! What a busy few weeks we have had. This week we welcomed the children back to our new school. Please see some photo attached. They are all so excited with the new space. We continue to work on the old school building (more updates on this to follow). But please if you can share and like.

Here is our weekly update on progress of the new and existing school buildings. We are so excited how it is turning out, and cannot wait to welcome the children back after the summer break. With the money raised so far we have been able to renovate areas in the existing school building, such as:

1. New toilets
2. New flooring in some of the old school (more to follow hopefully!).
3. A reshaping of existing classrooms
4. Remodeling of the office areas to form new special education rooms
5. Painting to the outside of the existing building.
6. A higher specification courtyard so that we can have an outdoor classroom

All in all more usable space for all the children.

As you may know, Friday marked the last day of the school term. As the children packed up, the builders moved in to renovate the existing part of the school. We really need help with a final push to upgrade the old building. We will post photos of progress until we welcome the children back later in the summer.
