Position: Early Years Educator
Start Date: May 2026
Hours: 20+ hours per week (school term only)
We are a warm and welcoming playschool and afterschool based in Ballymore Eustace, Co. Kildare, dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. We are currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Early Years Educator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities
- Work as part of a team to plan and implement daily routines and curriculum
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and standards
Requirements:
- QQI Level 5 Early Childhood Care and Education qualification (Required)
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices
- Garda Vetting required
