Lisheen Montessori has been manufacturing and supplying a range of Montessori and pre-school equipment since 1984. Based in Ballyheigue, County Kerry, Ireland the company name has long been a byword for quality and invention in Montessori equipment. As well as the full range of standard equipment we have worked in conjunction with many different teachers over the years to develop our own unique pr

oducts, always with the goal of complementing and augmenting the pre-existing Montessori canon. Founded by Geraldine, an experienced Montessori teacher and her husband Pat, a woodworker, Lisheen products are safe, practical, long-lasting and, most importantly, educational and enjoyable. Most products are hand-crafted in our workshop in Kerry using high quality woods and materials. Those that we don't have the equipment to manufacture ourselves are imported from overseas producers and are rigorously vetted for quality before being delivered to customers. We also manufacture physiotherapy aids, educational games and unique Lisheen products that work brilliantly in the Montessori classroom, such as our 'Types of Leaves' puzzle and 'Stand for Geography Folders', all of which can be found on our website.
