Seniors 15 plus Mon, Wens & Thurs from 7:00-8:30PM
Boys & girls Academy for 5-9 year olds Sunday at 10:00am
Mens Fitness boxing classes Tues & Friday at 7:00pm €10 per class all welcome

Keith Fagan: Massive opening win and boxed out of his skin in bout two, narrowly missing out on a tight split decision.Jamie Watson: Battled hard through the rounds to take home a well-deserved Silver.Ryan Sergeant: Two brilliant wins to reach the final, taking home silver. Unfortunately he had got an injury and had to pull out of the final

The work behind closed doors is starting to show.
Many thanks to some of the club’s top boxers and champions for a sharp 8 rounds of sparring today especially Rhien Sargeant and Keith Fagan, who are looking v sharp as they head into The Emerald Box Cup in two weeks’ time.
While Robbie knows he’s not mixing it up with Ireland’s active elite the McKenna brothers or Callum Walsh, high-level discussions are happening for a massive crossover exhibition against the greatest defensive fighter in boxing history.
When you study the biomechanics and movement data, a match with a certain legend suddenly doesn’t look impossible.
