Introduction to Karanas workshop will be taught by Ramya Venkataraman (senior disciple of Guru Dr. Padma Subrahmanyam)

This workshop involves an introductory exploration of Karanas - body conditioning based on Natyasastra reconstructed by Legendary Guru Dr.Padma Subrahmanyam. Participants will learn few Karanas and its components of Charis , Nritta Hastas & Stanas and how it can be blend into choreographies.
