Tully Nurseries Tully Nurseries is one of Ireland's largest Nurseries growing nearly 1 million plants per annum. H**e ‘Strawberries and Cream’ is brand new for 2010.

Over 30 years in business, Tully Nurseries is one of Ireland’s premier suppliers of plants supplying customers in Ireland and the UK. Our customers include Landscape Contractors, Landscape Architects, Garden Designers, DIY chains, Garden Centre’s and private homeowners. With the largest ‘One Stop Shop’ for plants and trees in Ireland, Tully’s have something for every garden. The nursery employs up

to 35 people from several countries including Ireland, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia and the U.K. In the mid 70’s Martin Tully had a growing landscaping business and he found it difficult to purchase plants and trees throughout the year necessary to carry out landscape works. He decided that he would produce plants and trees for supply to his own landscaping business and the nursery, which started on a half acre site back then, has grown to over 25 acres in size today. In the early years most landscape contractors used evergreen shrubs, conifers and small trees when doing planting work however since then, customer requirements have changed radically and Tully Nurseries and garden centre now provides everything from the soil needed for your garden to the planted containers needed for your patio area. The nursery and garden centre takes pride in having Ireland’s largest range of plants from bedding plants to big trees, traditional treats to enchanting exotics, they have the lot! The nursery grows 750,000 plants per annum and is renowned for the production of new and existing varieties of H**e’s for supply to Ireland and the UK. In order to meet customers’ demands for something new, better and different, they have produced many new varieties from seedlings and sports discovered in the nursery and garden centre. Their new product development programme has in recent years produced varieties such as H**e ‘Black Beauty’, H**e ‘Red Rum’, H**e ‘Raspberry Ripple’ and H**e 'Little Red Rum'. All new varieties can be found under their ‘Winning Plants’ brand found in all leading DIY’s and garden centre’s and there are lots more exciting plants in the pipeline so watch this space!!! Tully’s varieties are currently being protected in the US and Europe under the plant breeders rights programme. Visit Ireland’s best kept secret and shop at ease.
