🔥 Ballincollig Karate are now enrolling!

Starting from September 3rd, Ballincollig karate will be accepting new members to both our under 8’s class and our older children and teenagers class.

The club was very lucky to have Alison Hennessy Sensei teaching last night, Alison is a very accomplished international competitor and high level karate-ka and our members will greatly benefit from the opportunity to train with her, a big thank you again to Alison for sharing her knowledge and experience with us!

Great results at the Southwest Ireland Open Championships in Kerry this weekend. Our five members that competed picked up 2 Gold 🥇 a silver 🥈and 2 bronze 🥉medals across some high level opposition. Great spirit and effort shown all around! 🎉
