We're looking forward to our 1st years arriving into school tomorrow from 9am to 1:15. 1st, 3rd and 6th years are in on Friday 9am to 1:15. All years return on Monday for a half day. The school timetable runs as normal from Tuesday.

📢 There will be a Stop & Go system in place from Thursday 27 August – Friday 11 September 2026 on the R199/R202. Road works will be taking place from the junction of R199/R202 (up to the school). Please allow extra time when visiting Ballinamore during this time

The school is looking forward to our pupils returning. While you enjoy the last few days of the summer holidays - make sure to log onto the payzone portal to pay for a locker and sports insurance. It'll be great to see the corridors busy again!!

Leaving Certificate 2026 – Candidate Self-Service Portal

The Candidate Self-Service Portal (CSSP) is now open for Leaving Certificate students. We strongly encourage all students to log in and ensure that they are registered and know their username/password well in advance of results day.

The CSSP will be used to:
✔️ Access Leaving Certificate results
✔️ View component marks
✔️ Apply to view examination scripts
✔️ View scripts online where available
✔️ Submit an appeal
✔️ Access appeal results

Students who have not yet registered will need their examination number and PPSN. Those who need to reset their password will require their examination number and the email address used when registering.

Please take a few minutes to check your access now and avoid any unnecessary difficulty on results day.

Well done to the TY class, who raised over €900 for Ballinamore Tidy Towns. The funds were raised as part of a project facilitated by Elaine McGoldrick from Youth Work Ireland over the course of the last academic year.

The theme for their action project was "Brightening Up Ballinamore", where they decided to organise a whole-school bingo event, which they held last March in order to raise funds for Ballinamore Tidy Towns.

Entirely student-led, the group secured wonderful prizes, generously donated by the businesses of Ballinamore, which were the main factor in making the Bingo event such a great success. Thank you to all of the businesses of Ballinamore for their generosity.

Last week, the group presented the money to Julie Marshall from Ballinamore Tidy Towns Committee. The funds will now be put to good use in our community.
