Our 1st Years at St Mary’s Secondary School had a great day having fun and working together through a fantastic mix of activities — from orienteering and line dancing to team challenge games! 💃🧭🤝

Congratulations to Aine McHale and Aoife Rochford, members of the 12-15 yrs Grúpa ceoil with Glór na sí CCE Foxford who won their competition at the All Ireland Fleadh in Belfast! And to Keira Holmes who was placed 2nd in the Harp slow airs competition! Well done ladies!

Congratulations to our students who were prizewinners at the Connaught Fleadh Ceoil in Mohill last weekend! Well done to the following through to the All Ireland Fleadh in Belfast; Aoife Sherry (1st piano 15-18, 1st harp slow airs 15-18), Keira Holmes (2nd harp slow airs 12-15, 2nd English singing 12-15), Niamh Walsh (1st 8 hand reel and 2nd in 4 hand), Bofield Grupa Ceoil 15-18 (Edel Sherry, Caoilfhoinn Lavelle-Geoghan, Daniella Holmes, Elise Harrison, Aoibhinn Durcan, Maeve Finnerty, Laura Greavy, Rebecca Durcan). Best of luck in Belfast ladies! Well done also Edel Sherry 3rd in flute slow airs 15-18, and Kellie Moran 3rd in Tinwhistle slow airs O18. Congrats to you all!
