Dr Colman Noctor, child psychotherapist, columnist and author, joins Luke Saunders of Studyclix, on Tuesday 8th September at 7.00 p.m. for a free online session. It includes supporting a secondary school student through the year ahead. Pressure, motivation, confidence, and how involved to be.

🟢🔴 Ballina Stephenites GAA Club is hosting a Colour Dash on Sunday, 13th September, with what promises to be a great afternoon of fun for all the family.

The event runs from 1.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m., with the Colour Dash starting at 2.30 p.m.

There will also be children’s entertainment, a raffle, BBQ, music and games, along with prizes for the best dressed.

So grab the runners, wear something you don’t mind getting colourful and head along to support what should be a brilliant community event!

🏈🔥🙌🏻 Best of luck to former St Muredach’s student Oisín Flynn as he begins an exciting new chapter with Mississippi State University in the US.
🇮🇪🏈🇺🇸

During his time in St Muredach’s, Oisín represented the school in both Gaelic football and rugby. Castleconnor is his GAA club and he went on to play for Sligo, winning a Connacht U-20 title in 2022 and stepping up later to the senior team.

Now he's taking his considerable kicking talents across the Atlantic, by joining the Mississippi State Bulldogs as a kicker/punter. Mississippi State competes at the highest level of US college football, NCAA Division I, in the prestigious Southeastern Conference.

Everyone at St Muredach’s wishes Oisín every success, both on the field and in his studies. We’ll be following his progress with great interest and pride 😊
