Our wonderful students Nooria and Baiza, from Afghanistan, treated us to the most delicious lunch yesterday 🇦🇫🇮🇪. Cooked by Nooria and her lovely family, we sampled a traditional Afghanistan dish called Ashak 😍. What a beautiful display of colourful and tasty food and a genuinely warm and hospitable welcome from such kind people in The Eroc Centre in Ballaghaderreen. Thank you so much 🇦🇫💜
