The back to school feelings
Need a place to land
Happy to have a big bag of clay
For client play

If a young person in your life
Is navigating school this week
Remember that gentleness is best

It's not always possible to do a full day
It's not always possible to feel the weight on their shoulders.
There may be a lot of feelings landing.

And if you need. I'll be here.
With my bag of clay.

And to the parents navigating this.
It's big. Thank you for holding it.

Happy international dog day.
This is my little love muffin.
Sweet and sassy.

I was volunteering at Leitrim Animal Welfare Centre and they needed fosters while they renovated. She sat sweetly as I showed her to my mum on a video. Used the best puppy eyes.

After one day she was ours. It's been amazing to watch her grow into a secure and stable dog. Worming her way onto the "dogs aren't allowed on the couch". Becoming more off lead (with the occasional oh no she's chasing rabbits).

She loves cuddles and rough play. Gets grumpy if you don't walk towards her favourite cafe. Only barks when she's in full play mode.

I lost a dog two years ago and didn't think another could wiggle into my heart. Meadbh came in and made it clear. I'm staying!

Somethings needs to be put into perspective.
There is not just one path. Today some young people will not feel good about their results. It won't necessarily measure all the effort and time that they have put in. It won't measure the support they have received.

I'm a big fan of celebrating no matter what the result. Celebrating the getting through.

School wasn't made for everyone.

Bras and sensory needs.
This is a really complex topic that is barely ever talked about.
Finding comfort is essential.

Showing up Neurodivergent is one of the best things about what I do.

The more I do it, the safer the space is for others.

Thank you to all those who have found me this year and reminded me how wonderful it is to provide space for others to explore neurodivergence.

Thank you to all who have shared my services with others. I may not be a marketing guru but it's word of mouth that gets the right people to my space.
