Today we want to wish a very Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandads, stepdads, guardians, and father figures in our Elite Taekwon-Do Academy family.

Thank you for the lifts to class, the encouragement from the sidelines, the quiet support after a tough session, and the pride you show in your children’s progress.

Behind every confident young student is often someone cheering them on, reminding them not to give up, and helping them build discipline, resilience, respect, and belief in themselves.

We hope you all have a fantastic Father’s Day, you deserve it.

Big Congratulations to Our Beginner Students! 💥

A huge well done to our beginners from Castleland, Flemington and Lusk who tested for their Yellow Tag and Yellow Belt this week. 👏🥋

For many of these students, this was their first big step on their Taekwon-Do journey, and they should all be very proud of themselves.

Testing is not just about remembering movements or techniques. It takes focus, courage, effort, discipline and confidence to stand up, do your best, and show what you have been working on in class.

Every student in this photo has taken an important step forward. Some started with nerves, some started unsure of themselves, but through regular training, encouragement and effort, they are now building the habits that martial arts is really about:
✅ Confidence
✅ Respect
✅ Focus
✅ Resilience
✅ Self-control
✅ A positive attitude

Well done to all our new Yellow Tags and Yellow Belts. This is just the beginning, and we are very proud of every one of you.

They are about building confidence, courage, focus and resilience through training, encouragement and stepping forward to do their best.

We love seeing our students grow not only in skill, but in belief in themselves too.

That is one of the biggest benefits of Taekwon-Do for children. Little by little, class by class, they become stronger, more focused and more confident both on and off the mats.

A huge well done to our Flemington students who represented Elite Taekwon-Do Academy at the Northern Ireland ITF Colour Belt Championships on Sunday 12th April 2026.

Congratulations to David, Red Belt, who won 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, Andy, Green Tag, who also won 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, and Daniel, Red Tag, who achieved 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴.

This was a fantastic achievement and a credit to the hard work, commitment, and spirit they continue to show in training.

We are very proud of all three students and the way they represented our Flemington class and Elite Taekwon-Do Academy on the day.
