We would just like to wish Emma a huge happy birthday from all your friends here at Budding Butterflies.

Here at Budding Butterflies, we take healthy eating very seriously. We decided to get the children involved in making a food pyramid to encourage children to try new foods and to promote a healthy lifestyle. The children learned about the good foods and the benefits of eating healthily for our bodies.

Children were very busy on Friday sowing their bulbs...they had great fun...

Early Childhood Obesity is becoming a very big problem in Ireland, we here at budding butterflies are giving the children the opportunities to learn more about food by making a vegetable garden where the children can try the different foods that they have grown...
