And that’s a wrap for the school year 23/24 🥰🥰 It was an emotional day saying good bye to our senior class 😢 We wish them all the very best of luck in their next adventure 💙💓

💕 As always I couldn’t get through the year without Mary, Niamhy, Siobhan, Monika, Antionette & Shauna by my side helping me organise outing, planning activities for the children and keeping on top of the paper work that is added each year 💕

Another busy few days in Réalta Geal. We were delighted to have Athlone Fire brigade visit us. The children got a spin in the fire truck and they also got to try out the hose. It was a fantastic experience for the children. Thanks to Wesley, Mark & Joe for making the morning so enjoyable for everyone 🚒👩‍🚒🧑‍🚒

Then we had sports day, we had great fun doing lots of games and obstacle courses ⚽️🏅

And today we were delighted to have Bozo the clown do magic tricks, tell jokes and he did balloon making with the children 🤡

Well it’s been a very busy few weeks here in Réalta Geal 😃

We’ve been to the library, completed our Barnardo’s big toddler and the junior classes went to the Planet Entertainment centre..

Today the senior classes took a trip to the RNLI building at coosan point and in between we had our graduation which was a fabulous day🧑‍🎓🥳🥰

Thanks to Paul Kelly for organising our trip to the RNLI building 🚤 🌊 and all the lads that helped out there. The children had a great morning learning about water safety and thanks to Ray for allowing the children to put his water proof uniform to the test 🙈😆

Thanks to Hennessy Coaches for getting us to and from all our outings safely 🚌

There’s a few more fun activities planned before we’re finish for the summer 🥰🥰

This year Réalta Geal Montessori School will be taking part in the Barnardos big toddle on Wednesday 29th May 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃‍♂️

A very busy week here in Réalta Geal.

🚑 On Tuesday Paramedic Gerry Glynn visited us with the ambulance. The children got to explore the ambulance and Gerry answered some very tricky questions 😃🚑

🚌📚Then the senior class headed off to the library on Thursday. The children picked out some books to read, they had story time and then they got to play in the amazing sensory room before Hennessy coaches brought us back to school 📚🚌
